RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund within 30 days, minus original shipping/handling charges and a 25% restocking fee.

TO RETURN YOUR ORDER YOU MUST

* Provide written notice to MY INEARS of your intent to return your order
within thirty (30) days after the delivery date of your order.
This can be done via email, sent to refund@myinears.com

* Return all components and accessories, including the case and the cable that were included with the order. All the items must be in the same condition they were when received and the original packaging.

SHIPPING BACK YOUR RETURN

You must receive a confirmation email from our team before return can be initiated.
If you do not receive a confirmation, your return will not be valid.

You are responsible for shipping costs to return your order,
as well as ensuring that the order arrives safely at our office.
We are not responsible for any lost, or damaged returns.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be applied to your method of purchase, minus original shipping/handling charges, and a 25% restocking fee for each set of Monitors returned.

Your refund should be received within four (4) weeks after the Monitors are received by Ultimate Ears Pro | MY INEARS.
